Subject	High tech oil filter?

Message	[ http://www.knfilters.com/oilfilter.htm ] What do you guy think about it? Is it woth it? Looks like a clean filter, traps 10 to 20 microns. I once over heard someone say that the factory filter has some type of by-pass valve at start, could this be compatible also? Thankz for any info.
